Vad karakteriserar ett bra möte, egentligen...? Idag hade jag ett möte via "telefon/dator" med tre andra personer, som jag inte kände, där jag var sammankallande och hade definierat syftet med mötet. Ena personen hade problem med sin dator/telefon, så hon fick utnyttja chatten för att prata (lyssna kunde hon göra via datorns högtalare). Två personer som skulle deltaga dök inte upp. Trots dessa komplikationer så blev det ur mitt perspektiv ett riktigt bra möte... vad var det som gjorde att jag upplevde mötet som bra ? Jo, först och främst upplevde jag att jag lyckades förmedla det jag ville. Merparten av mötet handlade dock om att de andra personerna fick tid att ventilera vad de egentligen tyckte om det ämne jag tog upp. Slutligen lyckades vi i samförstånd konkludera vad som var viktiga nästa steg efter mötet. Man kan summera det som att vi lyckades med att mötas , vilket ju är det ett möte ska handla om. Apropå att mötas, så tycker jag verkligen att Ansiktet lyckas me
